About MVAC Health
MVAC health services is an Aboriginal Community Controlled, multidisciplinary health service offering a range of primary care services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community of Robinvale.
MVAC takes a three-pronged approach to Robinvale district health services: firstly with a holistic approach to Aboriginal welfare, secondly with targeted health and wellbeing programs at a local level that promote an integrated healthy lifestyle for all members of our community, and; thirdly with direct community involvement of health services like the Robinvale Medical Clinic.
We employ doctors, Aboriginal health workers, midwives, maternal child health nurses and allied health providers to deliver the full range of services to better manage the health of our community. We are an AGPAL accredited practice, meaning you can count on us to provide the very best quality care. We are a member of the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO), reflecting our commitment to community control and empowerment.

Richmond Dental Service have been a long time partner of the Murray Valley Aboriginal Co-op. Together we offer a full dental service to the MVAC community.

Transportation
For specialist medical appointments referred by our doctors, we offer transportation for our indigenous community members.
Please note, for appointments in Mildura, Swan Hill, or areas outside the local vicinity, we require a 48-hour notice to arrange transportation. Additionally, fuel vouchers are available as an alternative means of support for your travel needs.
Remember to discuss and set up these travel assistance options when scheduling your appointment.
Indigenous patients may request transportation to referred specialist appointments. 48 hours notice is required for areas outside Robinvale.
